I believe that God is sending the Fire with me from Canada to deposit in St. Paul tonight for healing and deliverance. We saw such awesome miracles in London Ontario, and I believe the same power is going to flow tonight at the Wednesday Night Healing Service (7:30PM St. Paul 41 Easton Road, Westport, CT). If I was you and had a need for God to address, I would not miss tonight…it is going to be awesome! Come with expectancy to meet Jesus!
I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day (May 28) and were able to spend time with family and friends. I took the liberty yesterday (the 8th anniversary of my healing) to write about God’s outcomes for our lives following being headlined. Today, Rivers and I are wrapping up our visit to Ontario with the Katz’s families and spending a leisurely day seeing the glorious sites around London Ontario. We have had a wonderful time with all and have greatly enjoyed the privilege to minister to God’s people in Canada. Keep us in your prayers as we fly home today.
I had a stroke (cerebral hemorrhage) on May 7, 2004 and was paralyzed on my left side. I left the hospital two weeks later with a brace on my leg, a walker and a wheelchair. The doctors said I would be an invalid for life. God had other plans. On May 28 (21 days after my stroke), I went to a healing service and was completely healed. I took off the brace and never put it back on—I wall 100% instantly healed.
At that same meeting, the pastor called Rivers and I onto the platform and told us that God was going to give us a “healing mantle” and that thousands would come to St. Paul Westport to be healed. When he spoke those prophetic words over us, I knew in my heart that it was a true Word from God.
Over the past eight years, we have seen thousands come to St. Paul Westport (not in large numbers, but a consistent flow of people) for healing prayer. Many have been healed. Many are still waiting for their healing. Some have died. Through all of this, I have come to know three things about God that are true:
In addition to ministering at St. Paul, Rivers and I have traveled to nearly sixty countries on six continents to minister to people, teach about healing and deliverance, demonstrate the power of God and impart the gift of healing and the Father’s Love to many.
Eight years ago, I could have breathed my last breath and died. But I did not die. God had a plan. He had to take me through this healing so He could use me on in this ministry. (2 Corinthians 1: 3-5).
If you are going through something difficult, do not look at it as an obstacle, but rather as a preparation for a ministry opportunity that God is placing in your path. Remember, God will “work good out of every circumstance for those who love the Lord.”

I am privileged to preach and minister today at Open Door Christian Fellowship—(940 Dundas Street East, London, Ontario). I truly believe that God will honor His Word that when the Gospel is proclaimed, and Jesus will work with us to confirm His message with signs, wonders and miracles (Mark 16: 19-20). Isn’t this an awesome reality—that Jesus will work with us to confirm His Word. I expect great things to happen this day!
Today, I am giving an all day seminar on Healing and Deliverance at Open Door Christian Fellowship—(940 Dundas Street East, London, Ontario). The seminar will conclude with an evening Healing and Deliverance Service open to the public. My hosts, Harvey and Howard Katz, founded the church several years ago in downtown London and have gradually taken over most of the city block where they minister. Tonight, I will speak to the youth at the Open Door Christian Fellowship—(940 Dundas Street East, London, Ontario). I will teach them about the Power of God that wants to move through them; demonstrate the healing Power of God in them; and anoint them with oil to release the Power of God to move in healing and deliverance. I am excited about what God is going to do with the YOUTH of London.

On May 7, 2004, while speaking to two hundred businessmen at the New Canaan Society in Darien, CT, I had a cerebral hemorrhage which instantly paralyzed my left side. Two weeks later I left the hospital with a brace on my left leg which the doctors said I would need for walking the “rest of my life.” I had a walker, wheelchair and all sorts of bathroom paraphernalia. From a natural, rational and experiential perspective, I was going to be an invalid the rest of my life. I was scheduled for six months of physical therapy. I must admit, it was a little overwhelming. I was just fifty-seven years old. I truly felt blessed to be alive, but seriously pondering my future as a professional, husband, father, grandfather, golfer, automobile driver and a litany of other activities which I would seemingly have to give up. Not the most uplifting of times.
But God had other plans for me…Hallelujah!
